Welcome to EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery.
We are honored that you have chosen to join our learning community.
Enrollment in any educational program offered through EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery includes membership in our Private Educational Membership Association for the duration of your participation in that educational program and any associated educational benefits provided through your enrollment.
Our intention is to cultivate a safe, respectful, trauma-informed learning environment where Members may deepen their understanding and practice of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, and other integrative approaches to emotional wellness and personal growth.
By enrolling in one of our educational programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms contained within this Member Guidebook & Private Membership Agreement.

The Heart of Our Work
At EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery, we believe every person possesses an innate capacity for healing, resilience, growth, and transformation.
As educators, our role is to provide evidence-informed education, compassionate guidance, experiential learning, and a supportive community where Members may deepen their understanding, develop practical skills, and discover greater confidence in themselves and their ability to support others.
We believe emotional freedom grows through awareness, presence, practice, and authentic human connection.

Through our educational programs, Members develop a strong foundation in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and integrative approaches to emotional well-being.
Our trainings are designed to cultivate knowledge, practical skills, ethical practice, confidence, and personal growth within a supportive learning community.
We believe that learning is most transformative when it is experiential, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity.
Live the Work
Knowledge becomes wisdom through practice.
As Members continue their journey, they are invited to integrate these principles into their own lives through self-reflection, personal healing, intentional practice, and authentic relationships.

• Create an emotionally safe environment for everyone.
Educational Purpose
EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery exists to provide educational experiences in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, resilience, and related wellness practices.
Our programs are educational in nature.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed healthcare provider relationship unless a separate written agreement is executed.
Scope of Educational Services
Members understand that our courses are intended to educate, train, and support personal and professional development.
Our programs are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.
Members experiencing a medical or mental health emergency should immediately contact emergency services or an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
Informed Consent
Participation in experiential learning may involve emotional self-reflection and personal growth exercises.
Members voluntarily choose their level of participation and may decline any activity at any time.
Confidentiality
We are committed to fostering an atmosphere of trust.
Members agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants and not disclose personal information shared during trainings without explicit permission.
While facilitators strive to maintain confidentiality, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed among all participants.
Intellectual Property
All manuals, teaching materials, videos, worksheets, presentations, recordings, meditations, graphics, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Recording Policy
Recording any training session without prior written permission is prohibited.
Authorized recordings remain the property of EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery.
Membership
Membership in the Private Educational Membership Association is included in your course tuition.
No separate membership fee is required.
Membership provides access to educational programs and associated Member benefits related to your enrollment.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Course tuition, payment plans, cancellation deadlines, and refund policies are published on our website and incorporated into this Agreement.
Assumption of Risk
Members voluntarily assume all responsibility associated with participating in educational activities offered through EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Members release EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Mastery, its owners, educators, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from liability for claims arising from participation in educational programs, except where prohibited by law or resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington unless otherwise required by applicable law.
